Each vegetable capsule contains: 500 mg Lion's Mane Mushroom 4:1 Extract (Hericium erinaceus) (fruiting body), 50 mg Chaga Mushroom 4:1 Extract (fruiting body), 50 mg Maitake Mushroom 4:1 Extract (fruiting body), 50 mg Shiitake Mushroom 4:1 Extract (fruiting body), and 50 mg Reishi Mushroom 30% Extract (fruiting body). There are 60 servings per container, with 1 capsule per serving.

Ashwagandha
Each tablet contains: 675 mg Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder, 5 mg Organic Black Pepper (fruit), organic tapioca maltodextrin, organic silica concentrate, organic film coating (purified water, organic maltodextrin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil, and organic guar gum), and silicon dioxide. Each container contains 60 servings with 1 tablet per serving.
